Product Overview
Our thermal condensed aerosol fire suppression device is a compact, self-activated fire protection solution specially designed for enclosed electrical cabinets, distribution boxes, PV inverters, battery compartments and control panels.
This unit requires no external power supply. When the internal temperature reaches the activation threshold, the heat probe triggers the device automatically, releasing fine aerosol particles to interrupt combustion chain reactions and extinguish Class B & E live electrical fires rapidly.
Available in 3 specifications: 10g, 20g, 30g, to match different cabinet volumes. It features simple installation, maintenance-free operation and long service life, which is an ideal built-in fire safety accessory for electrical equipment manufacturers, system integrators and fire protection distributors.
Key Features
Thermal Self-Activation, No External Power
Activates automatically at 120℃. No wiring connection to fire alarm panels required. Once the temperature hits the trigger point, the device starts aerosol generation within 15 seconds, completing fire suppression in ≤6 seconds. It works independently as local fire protection inside cabinets.
Ultra-compact & Easy Installation
DIN rail mount or 3M adhesive side mounting available. It can be directly fixed inside distribution cabinets without pipelines, cylinders or complex construction. The plastic housing is small and lightweight, and will not occupy much cabinet internal space.
Wide Working Environment & Long Lifespan
Working temperature range: -50℃ ~ +90℃. Humidity tolerance up to 95% RH (non-condensing). Service life can reach up to 10 years. No pressure vessel means zero gas leakage risk, no regular pressure testing or agent refilling needed.
Customizable Heat Probes
Dual temperature probes (top & bottom) are equipped. Standard probe cable length is 10cm; customized length from 10cm to 50cm per probe is available, so probes can be placed at high-risk hot spots inside cabinets.
Multiple Capacity Options
10g / 20g /30g agent dosage for selection. The 20g model typically protects volume up to 0.1m³. Customers can select models according to cabinet size and fire risk assessment.
Low Corrosion for Electrical Equipment
S-type condensed aerosol suppresses live electrical fire (Class E). The suppression agent causes minimal corrosion to circuit boards, relays and low-voltage components, reducing secondary damage after fire.
